The OneFlorida+ Clinical Research Network and the University of Florida Clinical and Translational Science Institute will be hosting the 2nd Annual Learning Health System and Al Workshop. The topics are centered on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence with the Learning Health System, Patient-centered Outcomes Research, and Real World Evidence. Artificial intelligence is the centerpiece of a major, long-term initiative at the University of Florida that is combining world-class research infrastructure, cutting-edge research, and a transformational approach to curriculum. Its depth makes the university a leader in Al research and development; its breadth will make sure every UF student develops a basic competency in Al – no matter the major. Topic areas include; Learning Health Systems, Data and Implementation Infrastructure for Al-enabled LHS, Patient Safety and Quality Initiatives, and Al applications in Learning Health Systems. Presenters are faculty from participating academic institutions and experts in their field.
Target Audience:
Primary Care Physicians, Specialty Physicians, Researchers, or Physicians who work in the Artificial Intelligence or Learning Health Systems space.

As a result of participation in this activity, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate greater understanding of how Al can help the Learning Health System
- Identify areas in which Al applications within the Learning Health System can benefit their Health System
- Demonstrate greater understanding of how AI/LHS can improve patient safety and quality
